One of the places discovered this year is a very peculiar shop. What do I mean by this? Well, first of all, you can buy a lot of merchandise there that you couldn’t find anywhere else. It is called the European Pantry for a reason. Everything you’ve been craving for since your first taste in Italy can be found there: proper prosciutto, cotto and crudo, funghi porcini, mortadella, carciofi, parmigiano, pecorino and so on. You can even buy pizza flour! Which by the way I have tried and it tastes like heaven. There are also exquisite wines and cheese from France and all the tools you need in order to arrange a platter for your taste or impress someone with a special gift.
Remember my travelling from your living room series? Well, this shop can contribute to Episode 3 Italy. What better way to mind travel than to eat something that tastes like Italy or Spain.
Second of all, the owner is the most hospitable and obliging seller you have ever met. Don Emilio waits for you to pay him a visit from Monday to Friday between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m and on Saturday from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m.
